We offer two services related to obtaining or renewing a Polish passport.
Documents Required Before Scheduling Your Appointment
We need you to send us photos of your citizenship certificate and birth certificate so we can process your request. The birth certificate is a green (old-style) or blue and red (new-style) document, and the citizenship certificate is a white document with the title “Decyzja.”

Scheduling an Appointment for a Polish Passport
We secure an appointment for passport issuance or renewal at the consulate. The cost is $700 per person for a single appointment or $600 per person for two or more applicants, given the limited number of available appointments. Securing an appointment can take up to 2 months, but it is usually much faster. Even if the appointment takes some time to secure, we will send the completed forms as soon as possible.
Payments can be made in dollars or pesos at the blue market exchange rate of the day. We accept wire transfers and cash. Both services are prepaid.
Appointments for legal matters at the Polish Embassy
We also offer appointments for legal matters, which can be helpful for obtaining certified copies of Polish documents and applying for an Argentine certificate of non-naturalization, among other procedures.
The cost for these appointments is $450 USD, and we can also attend the appointment on your behalf to handle these matters for an additional fee. Please contact us via WhatsApp or email regarding your specific case.
Payments can be made in dollars or pesos at the daily blue market exchange rate. We accept bank transfers and cash. Both services require prepayment.
